Mold fossil of a bivalvle. Also spotted on this rock were a few brachiopod fossils (see spotting http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/173...). The rock measures 38.69 mm (1.52 in) long and 25.91 mm (1.02) in wide. The fossil measures 1.38 mm (.54 in) long and 13.62 mm (.53 in wide). These fossils date to the Devonian Period (416-359.2 million years ago).
