Eurasian Sparrowhawk

Accipiter nisus

Description:

A predator bird around 40 cm in length

Habitat:

Forest

Notes:

Spotted this in a tree when I was outside one morning, they are common enough around this island but not often I'm able to take a snapshot of them since they are constantly on the move.

I'm not quite sure, but believe this is the common buzzard, the size and colormix seems to me as it is this species of predator birds.
