Habitat:

These Philippine Fruit Flies were spotted in our front garden on Egg Plant (Solanum melongena ) locally known as Talong. The Talong plants were in large flowerpots in the garden at that time of year because, when the rainy season starts, our regular vegetable plots can sometimes be be inundated.
