Slender goldshower, Thriallis, Rain of Gold, or Spray of Gold is a small evergreen tropical shrub that grows to a maximum height of about 6 ft and about as wide. It is part of the Malpighiaceae family, (Barbados cherry family)

Habitat:

Galphimia glauca is native to the tropical areas

Notes:

The homeopathic remedy Galphimia glauca, alone and in a combination nasal spray, has shown promise as a treatment for allergic rhinitis.

Thanks Alice. Yes I found reference to it as Thryallis. Slender Goldshower must be the Indianized name.
