Zenodorus orbiculatus
About 6-7mm. White knees, white ring around abdominal margin & small white spot in centre of back, otherwise black. Interesting, though apparently these spiders eat ants, this one actually ran away from one as I was watching it. Maybe I have the ID wrong.
Spotted on a Eucalyptus beside the sea.

Thanks Argy Bee! Oh & Happy Birthday to you :)
Excellent. That ID looks good - interesting spider.
Thanks MacC :) I thought this liitle guy was lovely, & also easy to ID which is always a bonus. I'm so pleased to hear from you. I was worried with the weather we've had x
Great pic Leanne
Thanks Maria! I spotted these before our bad weather came, just catching up now. Thank you Dave, I wasn't 1005 sure :)
ID is spot on. Great shot.

Nice one, Leanne! Amazing that you can get spottings with all the awful weather you have been experiencing!
