Sorry, can't help more. Planthoppers are tricky sometimes you are even looking at the wrong family.
I added a lateral angle and hope that might help figuring out what this hopper is.
Folgoromorpha, Fulgoroidea, and probably Fulgoridae as well, but could also be another family. Do not be fixed on Fulgoridae alone. Do you have another shot??
