Lobularia maritima
tiny white flowers (.5 cm) with 4 white petals and a yellow center. The leaves were so surrounded by grass and clover that I couldn't distinguish what leaves went with the flower. The whole plant was only 3 or 4 inches high, if even that big.
A common garden weed.
