The rock wren is a dull grayish brown song bird of the wren family. Adult has grayish-brown upper parts finely speckled with white and black, with contrasting cinnamon rump Tail is brown above with black bars. Its under parts are dull white and finely streaked with gray on throat and breast. Has a light gray line over the eye. Length is 12.5 to 15 cm; mass 15 to 18 g.
One will find rock wrens in rocky areas. This happy little rock wren was spotted on a cement bench which overlooked the Shoshone River in Cody, Wyoming. I spotted a pair of them. Did not stay long on the bench and soon disappeared into the rocks.

Thanks Sofiav1. These are happy little birds too. Were constantly singing and bouncing around.
