Male and a female I believe.
Silverthorn bush in a suburban yard
Frontinella communis (http://bugguide.net/node/view/2043) and Neriene radiata (http://bugguide.net/node/view/33337) both look very similar except for their markings. I came to the ID because I think it is the best match for the markings on these.
