Description:

~92 cm long, dark brown - black snake with very shiny, healthy looking scales and body.

Habitat:

Found basking on a shrub at a limestone outcrop in thick rhododendron/mountain laurel habitat at a mixed species gestation site.

Notes:

*As this is a species was sharing habitat with a sensitive species, the locality information has been altered to protect this organism.
