Anser albifrons
Named after the diagnostic white band at base of the bill. Medium-sized, grayish to brown goose. Irregular black barring on underparts. Legs are orange, bill is pink. This one looks like a Tundra adult.
In winter, ranges are in eastern US great plains and pacific states. Going down all coasts of Mexico. In summer, only found in upper north parts of Alaska, Yukon and NorthWest Territories.
Obviously on their way from the arctic to their winter ranges.
