Freycinet's Frog or Wallum Rocketfrog

Litoria freycineti

Notes:

This little frog, about 3cm long, blended in almost perfectly with the sandy road on which we found it (in Poverty Point camping area in the Great Sandy National Park). It is a smaller and much paler version of this one http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/178... which was found nearby. Thanks to AshleyT for assistance with the ID.

We spotted him because he was jumping! I'll add him to the mission.

Such great camo! However did you spot him? He might be a great candidate for the mimetic mission Shanna http://www.projectnoah.org/missions/8015.... Lovely little frog :)
