This is a spider lily, Hymenocallis sp. The USDA Plant Database lists two Hymenocallis sp. - H. occidentalis (formerly H. caroliniana; Northern Spiderlily) and H. lirisome (Spring Spiderlily) - for Louisiana.
This is almost certainly H. occidentalis.
