Regulus satrapa
A tiny songbird, very quick in its movements. They have a yellow crown, and the males -- like this one -- a reddish patch on the back of the head.
They are found throughout North America, typically in coniferous forests, and they are migratory birds. This one was spotted near the Humber River in Toronto.
It was very hard to get a picture of this little guy right side up. Jumping between branches way high up in a tree, it didn't seem like it mattered to him where's up and where's down.
