Long-spinnered Bark Spider

Tamopsis brisbanensis

Description:

Very flat, long slender legs and well camouflaged. I think this one was about 2cm

Habitat:

under bark and on trees. nocturnal hunter

Notes:

It was engaged in eating its dinner when I came along. Those guys from Brisbane named the spider after the city. I wonder if they were funded by the mayor
