Skiff moth larva

Prolimacodes badia

Description:

Would appreciate an ID... this little guy is a big mystery. Found on an oak tree branch. I fed it oak leaves, it shed its skin once and gained the brown stripe. Has no legs... scoots around on some strange scaley-membrane.

Habitat:

Oak tree
