Ptilinorhynchus violaceus
Male is a glossy blue-black with a violet eye and semi covered greenish-yellow bill. Female is dull greenish and blueish grey with pale rufus wings; breast and abdomen yellowish white with darker scallops, blue eye.
These bowerbirds were found on our property.

The female here definitely mated with the male. He had quite a few females that were interested. His bower was magnificent.
