Tylopilus plumbeoviolaceus, the stipe is prominently violet. I have seen them alot this year on both of the North American mushroom identification Facebook pages I host :)

I question the identification of this fungus. Based on this image, it looks like some type of polypore as no gills are visible. The stem also has a dark pattern that is not characteristic of a meadow mushroom.
