Considering bird-voiced tree frogs are not in range, that shouldn't be one to consider :)
This may not be able to be identified down to species then. It's either a green tree frog (Hyla cinerea), a squirrel tree frog (Hyla squirella), or a pine woods tree frog (Hyla femoralis). All can look pretty similar to each other!
Unfortunately, I do not.
