Description:

Spotted this small ball of foliose lichen on a rock face at Kennesaw Mountain

Notes:

When it dries out it curls up, showing mostly the white underside then, when damp, it uncurls again.

So pleased to think that I have ID'd this. Will have to try to relocate it now that things are drying up on the mountain to see if I can get a picture of it when it's dry!
