Chrysopelea paradisii
A Juvenile Paradise Snake. Found it coiled on a leaf during a rainy weather. Less than 1 meter length with red/orange/yellow lines running along its body. It was getting a bit aggressive, striking out at me when I tried to get closer, probably because it was going to shed its skin.

Haven't seen a Flying Snake fly or glide, would love to see that.
Only saw Flying Lizards, Sunday Flying Lemur, Tree Frogs and Flying Squirrels flew/glided.
I think, when we see them at near ground level, its not likely to see them fly/glide. Its probably when they are high up in the trees and wants a quick get away to the lower part of the forest.
I was wondering why the eyes were opaque and of course it is going to shed it's skin! Have you seen these "fly"?
