Adscita sp.
Probably Adscita jordani. Adscita genus includes a number of species of very difficult identification. They are all of a similar metallic green, small size and flying day. At least 12 different species can be found in Spain. All of them have a rather slow flight at low altitude, always around the plants and flowers where they repeatedly rest. They are small, its wingspan is usually not greater than 2 cm, and are present during all spring in open and sunny spaces. They fly in broad daylight. Adscita jordani, probably the species photographed, is typical of mountainous areas of Central and West-Central peninsular.
