Eumetopias jubatus
There were a total of 8 of these behind this boat, waiting for the fishermen to shake loose some fish scraps from their net. In the last photo, you can see the unusual shape of their flippers that are reminiscent of the flippers people wear when scuba diving or snorkeling. There was a little growling and squabbling amongst them when a scrap would fall, and they would dive under for a moment to duke it out then come back up and wait for the next fish.
