A close match is Dwarf Bottlebrush, Callistemon viminalis 'Little John'

While the bloom on this spotting is similar, Calliandra haematocephala is in the family Leguminosae (legume, pea, or bean). The leaves of this spotting are in a whorled pattern, not alternate and pinnate as they should be. Not sure what this plant is, but I will try to find the correct ID :)
