Pale-headed Rosella

Platycercus adscitus

Notes:

A pair of these beautiful parrots came to visit our garden for a short time this morning. These parrots aren't rare, but we don't often see them. These ones sat there preening themselves for a while before taking off.

Thanks Ali and Kranti. They are sweet birds, and these ones almost seemed to be posing for the camera.
