Neat bee! I would say this looks like one of the Long-horned Bees. Perhaps Species Svastra obliqua. https://bugguide.net/node/view/108990

Take a look at this that I found - after quite a bit of looking- and see what you think. Pay particular attention to the size of the bee... you didn't give a size, so I had to go by the markings alone.
