I found it outside my house by my porch light.

Hi metreebug! This is a beautiful Cockroach.

However, I believe this is a Smokey Brown Cockroach.

Oriental Cockroaches do not have full length wings. The females have only rudimentary wings and the males have wings that only cover 3/4 of body length (as per Bugguide):
