Pterostylis nutans
A very plain-looking orchid with a single flower anteflexed as if "nodding". The central sepal and lateral petals were fused to form a pale translucent hood. The other sepals were narrow and end in points that were tinted brown. The flower stalk was about 10 cm high rising from a basal rosette of ovoid leaves.
Spotted in a reserve - actual location withheld.
