Water Monitor Lizard

Description:

Spotted in the beach of Tinjil Island, Indonesia. Tinjil Island is a natural breeding facility for Long-tailed macaque, which also becoming natural habitat for many animals, including this water monitor lizard. Lizard in this island is showing different behaviour from ones live in the mainlad: They are really not afraid of human.

Habitat:

Beach and tropical forest

Notes:

This lizard was spotted near the beach, after swallowing a fish. It's seen out saliva from its mouth
