Description:

A bulbous plant with a stout scape. Leaves linear caniculate, they are not garlic scented, leaf sheaths underground. Flower white. Tepals lanced. Filament base purple, turning abruptly to white.

Habitat:

Mediterranean shrubland

Notes:

An endangered species of N Israel and Lebanon
