Cyathus striatus
A little less than half an inch in diameter, spores slightly less than 1/8 inch in diameter. Spores have a cord connecting them to the inside of the "nest." Each fruiting body starts out covered, then slowly the "lid" gets thinner (photo 5) and eventually tears open to reveal the spores. Photo 4 shows a "nest" after all the spores have been ejected.
