Jungle Crow

Corvus macrorhynchos

Description:

This is a very large corvid, about 60 cm in length, all black with a massive beak. The jungle crow being a nam shared with two other asian corvid species, the C. macrorhynchos is also called Large-billed crow.

Habitat:

Seen in Cox's Bazar, in periphery, very close to a big pond and a big shared agricultural field (mainly veggies); back-to-back to the forest behind the town beach.
