What a cute looking Robber fly! It has the physical characteristics of the Pegesimallus genus, did you noticed any hanging behavior on the specimen?

Hello sianakdesa! Wonderful spotting! This is a species of Robber Fly, Family Asilidae. I am not certain the Genus but it does remind me somewhat of Genus Ommatius.
