Looked to be a planting on the grounds of the lodge at Pico Bonito.

Most people think that bananas, guineos, platanos, grow down,(it is kind of odd that hey do not in a way!!) but they do, grow upwards.
It does look odd with the upside down look. I don't remember if this is a dwarf or not.
No, it is not up-side down. Is this the dwarf kind?
