Fowler's Toad

Anaxyrus fowleri

Description:

Brown toad with a pale belly and chin. Pale dorsal stripe (variable). Dark splotches on back generally have three or more warts. They can also be distinguished by their call (if they are singing).

Habitat:

Suburban parking lot. Hunting arthropods under the flood lights.
