Crotalaria Pod Borer Moth

Argina sp.

Description:

A lovely shade of yellow with patterns in black. Yellow and black is a striking combination.

Habitat:

This moth fluttered into the lift (elevator) of my office. I cupped it in my palm so that it would not get crushed by the closing doors. Brought it into my room. Photographed this restless beauty and set it free.

I think this species is marginal argus because of the orange coloration.
