Cloudless Sulphur

Phoebis sennae

Description:

Effortlessly blends in as a dogwood leaf catching the evening sun. I lost track of it so many times trying to get a clear picture of it. It hung and drifted in the wind just like a leaf would.

Habitat:

Found dancing between yards and landscaping beds in a forested suburban neighborhood. May have been a male, as it flew about very rapidly.
