Hesperumia fumosaria
Yellow moth with plain underwing other than dark outline along the margin/fringe. The forewing also has a darker outter margin/fringe and a dark line across the middle with a single dark spot.
It was disturbed in the morning while moving around a tree in a park. Unfortunately I didn't ID the tree.
Sorry for the poor quality phone picture. It's the only one I was able to get before it flew off.
