Black-billed magpie

Pica hudsonia

Description:

The Black-billed magpie is also known as the American magpie. As scavengers, they are often found following large predators. This particular bird was following a young wolf which I would be posting to another spotting :D

Habitat:

They prefers open habitats with trees. Due to their high tolerant of human presence, they can often be found in farmlands.
