*Update** Thank you for your help identifying !! This was the only some what decent picture I was able to get of this guy/gal. Been looking all over the interwebs and can't find a definite match. It has a stripe along its eyes and yellow under-tail. I thought a flycatcher but not sure. Help is appreciated :)

Located in Virginia.
