clear black-ish wings with a black spot on each end. pale blue abdomen, black legs, black on the end of its "tail."

Habitat:

ponds, lakes, marshes, and bogs. found almost anywhere when there is still water

Notes:

United States (except the Dakotas and Rocky Mountain region), but have been seen in Canada and Mexico
