Philadelphus coronarius 'miniature snowflake'

Description:

the plant is in the same family as Hydrangea, but the crushed leaf has a citrus scent whereas the flower has an enticing jasmine fragrance.. and this particular variety (if not mistaken) has double petals (2x4) and the stamen seems modified somewhat? quite tall instead of "miniature" (?)
