Yellow-banded Millipede or Bumblebee Millipede

Anadenobolus Monilicornis

Description:

It's a millipede of some sort

Habitat:

This one was found on our kitchen floor by my son. The cat was playing with it. I'm not sure if the cat brought it in or up from the basement

Notes:

I think I have this id correct but it seems a long way away from its normal range am I missing something?
