Sisymbrium altissimum
Tiny yellow flowers with four slender petals. Stems are very slender and woody. When small, this plant sends up one main shoot, but it can also get large and bushy like this one. Leaves are mostly lower down, and very deeply notched. In the fall, the stems dry out and it becomes a tumble weed.
