Sedum spathulifolium
Succulent whose rosettes have a frosted appearance. They were a few centimeters in size but had overtaken a small cliff. Maroon rhizomes (along with associated yellow flowers), from which the rosettes emerge, are visible in some photos.
Seen growing on a rocky coastal bluff at Tongue Point Marine Sanctuary.
This succulent is native to the Pacific NW and also called Colorado stonecrop.
