Thanks gatorfellows! I was thinking that family, thank you for confirming my suspicions. The ruler I used is metric. What do you think of genus Allocapnia?
If your ruler is metric (1cm), try looking at Family Capniidae - Small Winter Stoneflies http://bugguide.net/node/view/39480 "Adult: blackish or dark brown with reduced wing venation; forewing has few cross veins, and cells are elongate, of different sizes"

Interesting information, gatorfellows. I do not still have this stonefly, but thank you very much for helping me to genus! :)
Do you still have the specimen? How to ID species is not easy. See the Identification section of this reference; http://bugguide.net/node/view/39481
Awesome! Thank you very much. I'll look into this more.
Looks promising :)
