A small, all-black Fungus Gnat of 5mm in length. Because of the very long coxae, it is probably of the Family Mycetophilidae.

Habitat:

Garden lights, semi-rural residential area, San Cristobal de Las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico, 2,200 meters.
