This is likely Pseudoglomeris glomeris, based on coloration, range, and exoskeleton texture...

The wings stubs are located behind the pronum ( aka the hard plate behind the cockroaches head). They are on both sides, 2 stubs per side.
@keithp2012. I'm sure you're correct, but my old-man eyes can't see the wing stubs. Which segment are they on?
