10-15mm pale nocturnal moth found around lights in a public phone booth. The face has an unusual forward thrusting beard. pale green markings on the wings

Habitat:

nocturnal visitor alternately fluttering and resting under lights at a public phone booth in the street

Notes:

grass moth? Snout moth? crambinae. only about 40% certain that this is the species. Final identification is from the reference link which is a site in America
