Description:

Also known as Blue Jay, this striking blue bird is a common sight around human habitation. It has a brown and greenish back, blue crown and belly, and buff and lilac streaks on throat. The neck and breast are light brown and the aqua-and-deep-blue wings and tail dazzle in flight. It perches itself on electric wires along the roadside.
